After doing laser hair removal treatment on face some red hard pimples arise on my face.I use fucibet cream but it does not cure .what should I use

Thanks for your question. Sorry for your concerns. I would advise you use cetaphil cleanser and use benzyl peroxide 5℅ for acne reduction. Also you can undergo jassners peel for acne reduction.
