Hi.. How often is the headache ,would like to know if it's throbbing in nature,and the exact site of the headache. Eyes constantly red indicates inadequate tears ( dry eye).. Would advise tear supplements ( refresh tears eye drops four times a day for a month,warm compresses ( both eyes)for ten minutes everyday.
Next Steps
review after a week,if headache persists would require a thorough eye examination which would include dilated retina check up for eye power
