Sir this can be because of dryness of the eyes. It can occur because of lot of near work like use of laptops, mobiles or reading.  Follow below given instructions. 1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away. 2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times. 3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day 4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours 5. Do not rub the eye 6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles 7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
Next Steps
Avoid rose water. Better to start with any lubricant eyedrops like Eyedrops Refresh Liquigel or Eyedrops Flogel 1 drop 3 times a day for 30 days.

Good Afternoon, first of all avoid putting things like rose water, ghee etc in your eyes as they do not have any preservatives and can give you infection. It would be advisable that you consult an ophthalmologist to rule out any signs of infection and allergy. In the mean time you can use artificial tear eye drop like refresh tears eye drop - three times/day along with cold fomentation three times/day.
