Can you please suggest tear drop for my son ? His age is 8 yrs. He is having redness in his eyes intermittently.

Since he has it for a long time on and off, it could be allergic conjunctivitis which is very common in children and seasonal type and requires proper treatment . Try to use Lubricant eye drops (carboxymethylcellulose) one drop in either eye as per needed which will temporarily reduce his itching complaints and wash his eyes with eyes closed often and avoid playing in sand and avoid dusty environment.
