My right eye gets red after using mobile or watching tv. I don't have any type of burning or irritation. Only the "right part of my right eye" gets red something like red nerve scructure. It gets back normal after a while.

it could be due to long duration staring at screen.. you just need to blink more frequently while in front of the devices, reduce screen brightness , dont hold mobile phone very close to eyes.. if complain still persists, visit eye specialist
