Red colored eye
For last two weeks my right side eye is red colored and there is itching inside the same area.

There could be many causes for your symptoms
Most common being allergy
A. Avoid dust exposure
B.avoid itching
C. Cold compresses
Treatment
A. Use antiallergic eyedrop
B
Use lubricating eyedrop
C. Use mild steroid in pulse dose if allergy is severe
Having said that I would suggest you to consult local opthalmologist
