I have been recently facing a lot of red bumps/pimple like structure on chest. I bath daily with soap/coconut oil on body on alternate days. Fyi, i have 410+ ige levels. Is that why it is happening? Attached the image. I don't have dandruff issue, they're not itchy, just red bumps/pimples. I guess i am allergic to milk and mushroom so i left it already since a month. Please help me.
