Red bumps on face and eyelid

My son 3.5 month old had got red bumps as attached image on face and eyelid and it this reoccurs. Please let me know the cause and how can it be cured permanently without reoccurring. Is it bcause of food I eat , dry skin or sweat? P S . He is on exclusive breastfeed
