My eyes are always to be red. I'm not suffering from any health problem. Some times it's yellowish and watery and sometimes red. It appears to others as if i haven't slept properly but that is not the case every time. What possible measures can i take to get rid of red eyes?

Allergic Conjunctivitis & dry eyes could be a possibility in your case . Show to an eye specialist as treatment of both is entirely different.
