How often do you see a 25-year-old male with recurring urine bacterial infection I am a 25-year-old male and I keep getting recurring urine bacterial infections. How common is this in men my age? What are the usual reasons? What should I do to stop it from coming again and again? I had 9 times urine culture bacteria positive I masturbate daily once

If u want a prevention of  a recurrent UTI ,make a cleanliness  as a habit ,few tips for it 1)take enough water/liquid(atleast1.5-2 Lt /day) 2)Don't hold urine to much 3)After toilet make clean from forward to backward 4)Keep dry &Clean ur intimate area 5)Wear Cotton undergarments ,it will provide breathing space for ur genitalia skin 6) Don't take antibiotics for UTI  without urologist opinion I require Urine R/M ,CBC,HbA1c,USG KUB with prevoid &Postvoid Residue ,& Uroflometry After all this u consult here for proper treatment of Recurrent UTI

avoid daily masturbation ,do book reading or daily activities for body tyredness

There can be multiple reasons. Generally high residual urine post micturion is the cause for recurrent infection. Depends how is your urine flow and what findings are there in USG scan of abdomen. In your recurrent UTI is not very common
