Recurring Nosebleeds and Headaches

I've been experiencing nosebleeds, and I'm not able to understand what could be causing them. Sometimes, I get a headache first, and then my nose starts bleeding. The strange thing is that it doesn't happen regularly-it can happen on any random day. Sometimes, I even get a nosebleed without having a headache.

Hello. Hope you are well today. Recurring nose bleeds requires a detailed history and assessment ( including a nasal endoscopy, which is painless examination of the nose and an OPD procedure). It will help us understand the cause for the bleeds. If it’s possible do come in for a consultation.
Next Steps
Tips at the time of nasal bleeds, head up, pinch the soft part of the nose whilst continuing breathing through the mouth. Ice packs over the nose helps. Any blood coming in the mouth should be spit out. And most importantly, do not panic.
