Mouth ulcers are recurring for every two months despite good diet and vitamin supplements Do I need to take any tests to find out root cause?

Take physical ent consult and even dental consultation to rule out sharp tooth Are u taking spicy and hot foods regularly then u cant compensate with vitamin supplements Any smoking or alcohol habits? Do u have habit of chewing tobacco or betel nut/paan that may also cause ulcers
