Normal iron value is 60 to 170 ug/dl Hence you are border line iron deficient. Oral ulcers are most commonly due to vitamin and iron deficiency,  smoking/gutkha consumption, broken tooth irritating the gums, acidity. Iron tablets once a day for one month can be taken.
