HELLO, USG WHOLE ABDOMEN SPECIALLY RT LOWER ABDOMEN. CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON/ GYNACOLOGIST. TILL TAB DROTAVERIN TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. OK.
