Recurring Fever

I experiences recurring fever almost every month since last 6 years. Sometimes it is accompanied with cold and soar throat as well. My haemoglobin and all blood culture reports are normal. I have deficiency of vitamin B12 for which I am taking medicines too.

Deficiency in body is the result of unhealthy and incomplete (in the sense of rasa- shad rasa) food. Whereas the recurrent fever with throat problem is due to vitiated doshas assimilated with blood due to mentioned food habits.
Next Steps
start medicated water on daily basis atleast for 1 month. like 1 fist of coriander seeds boiled in 1 lit water for 5 min. avoid drinking any liquid/ water before going to sleep.

Have you got typhoid before that recurrences? Sometimes typhoid is reason for that type of fever recurrence. You can consult with any ayurvedic physician for that....surely you will get relief.
