Recurring Dandruff and Flakes near ear

Severe dandruff that increases in winter season and cold climate. Noticed kind of cysts which appear like flakes on the scalpe. Noticed the flakes behind the ear too. Dandruff problem was there since long. Have seen hair fall too (not very serious though) and white hair here and there. I didn't have white hair or hair fall earlier. Using Pantene anti dandruff shampoo. Occasionally use D'Free lotion. Is any change needed in what I'm following now? Thanks.

sounds like seborrhic dermatitis which will need proper treatment to get in control.. and proper followup needed as it tends to stay for long and recurs commonly if treatment is not properly continued.
