Recurrent pregnancy loss

I have undergone through two miscarriages..one in April another in November.At the time of next pregnancy loss dr had taken out the sample with surgery and given for poc abnormality in genetic structure.After getting the report dr told that poc report is normal and I went for APLA test.Now report came as Lupus Anticoagulant-Absent,Cardiolipin Antibody Igg-negative,Cardiolipin Antibody ACL-IgM-negative,Beta 2 Glycoprotein 1-IgG-negative,Beta-2-glycoprotein 1-IgM-negative...I can't understand the report...is the report normal?If normal what should I do next as my thyroid is normal,sugar is normal,torch is normal...I am very much worried..
