I am having recurrent acidity now a days which getting worse in nights and after having meal. Sometimes it accompanies abdominal pain also right in the middle belly below chest. I was diagnosed with ulcer problems a year ago and was advised to take perinorm cd along with pantoprazole in morning and reflux fortze after having each meal. I am affraid if the same is coming back.

U can continue Pantoprazole and perinorm. If ur problem doesn't Improve then consult Gastroenterologist.
