I has been more than 20 days since i was operated for rectum prolapse. Rectopexy mesh laproscopic surgery was done. I am not able to ejaculate and also my penis is not erecting fully. Is it true that it take time for healing nerves and after that i cn ejaculate. But for how many days to wait? Or should i consult doc?
