Past two weeks mild abdomen pain, mild rectum pain and constipation after passing stool mild abdomen and rectum pain after few hours pain gone it is rectum cancer symptoms or colon cancer symptoms

It s wrong to assume it’s cancer most likely it sound like Anal fissure pain but needed to confirm by surgeon after examination .

Its neither rectal cancer nor colon cancer.. its anal fissure pain.. get yourself examined by a surgeon, not by Google

You must be examined by a surgeon - proctoscopy should be done . U can consult me . Till then take Duphalac or Cremaffin pink 20 ml at night daily and Zerodol P tablets one tab twice daily .
