In adult patients, treatment of rectal prolapse is essentially surgical no specific medical treatment is available....Contributing factors, such as constipation and diarrhea, should be addressed and eliminated if possible. Supportive care should be provided according to the clinical picture..I would suggest you to consult nearest surgeon for clinical examination they will do the needful.
