Suffering due to constipation and rectal bleeding for past 5 days. Blood is bright red in color. Pretty such it's a haemorrhage. How do I prevent rectal bleeding and constipation?

Hi dear if this bleed is nor associated with poison than is generally due to piles and quantity should be more. If this is associated with pain and quantity is less than thus is due to fissure. You should avoid constipation, add this is the cause for piles/ Fissure
