Hello doctor, Iam suffering from rectal bleeding from 15 days and have taken pilants, dobesil, proxyvon tablets for 10 days and still continuing cremaffinplus syrup, and using smuth ointment, bleeding is stopped but during bowel movement the wound which is dried up keeps irritating and also iam scared that the wound might reoccur I still iam not able to sit for more than half an hour. Please suggest what can be done. Iam allergic to Septron and diclofenac.

Hi, is this bleeding was associated with pain also. How much was bleeding before?Generally with piles you don't get difficulty in sitting. You need further evaluation ( short scopy to see what's going on inside). Any how you do sitz bath( sitting in Luke warm water filled tub) 3 times pet day. Apply Proctocidyl ointment inside the anal canal with applicator provided with ointment for 3 tones per day. Let's see the result
