Recovery after Hydrocele Suregery

Hi I had hydrocele surgery on 8th Sept in both the testis. Right testis (280cc) and left (140 cc) before surgery. The surgery went fine and my left testis is back to normal but i still feel heaviness in right testis and feel that it has not been operated properly/fluid has not been taken out properly. Doctor says its normal and it will get better in 1-2 moths but i am worried. Am i overthinking this or there might be a genuine problem? Thanks
