Is it necessary to do pcr swab test if there are no any symptoms for 21 days consecutively after getting treatment for covid19 in government hospital for 10 days and getting discharged from Hospital. Currently government Hospital do not do pcr again at the time of discharge. Doctors at government Hospital mentioned that if there are no symptoms in 2 weeks after discharge. No tests or any further treatment is needed. Advice on below points. 1. Can we mix now with family members who are negative as we have successfully completed 3 weeks after discharge without any health concerns.

Yes, they are right. There is no need to repeat RT-PCR post isolation if you have been asymptomatic for past 10 days. Yes, you can go back to your family.
