My baby is 90℅ formula fed, so when he will recognize me as a mother? Currently he is in 5th months. I want to know how  can I get to know that he is recognizing me?

Mother recognition comes by 3-4 months , nothing to b worried if delays by 1 month, he cry if u pass by his side, n he smiles by seeing u, thats the sign that baby is recognising u
