Once a stone former, always a stone former. You have 50% risk of forming another stone in next 5 years. So the dietary advices include drinking plenty of fluids daily (3-4l at least, that too lifelong). Decrease animal protein intake, which includes meat, fish, eggs, milk etc. But you need not stop them absolutely. Just decrease the amount. Restrict your salt intake. Citrus fruits like lemon, orange, tangerine etc. help in dissolving as well as preventing new stone formation. So Halim once in a while is not contraindicated.
