I have issue as my gums have started receding. I tried alot but now m scared and also my teehs are sensitive.

Dear practo user Gum recession at such a young age is definitely not a good sign. Visit a periodontist immediately

The reason for sensitivity is due to receding gums your tooth root is exposed and that is causing pain.. For this you first need to get a proper scaling of your teeth done...
