Reason of white dot on my areola

My last period was 29th feb then we r came in contact with protection. After that 2 april we performed beta hcg test which was negative..my period is irregular. My breast size is 34 but I notice some white dot around my nipples, what is the reason plz reply?

The white dot  around your nipples needs to be examined meet a  doctor in person Other reasons for the delay need to be investigated you can connect for a prescription to help you get your periods
