Reason for warts occurs on face and neck

I am suffering from warts on face and neck. I don't have much but I feel it is a starting stage I observed one on face and one on neck with very very small in size. Kindly help me why this warts occurred. Due to food diet/wheather changes/ infection in blood. What medication should be taken to remove occurred once and prevent for further.
