Your ECG shows RBBB which is expected after TOF surgery but rest of the ECG is fine. Do not get scared because of the printed interpretation on ECG its machine generated report its not reliable. Nothing to worry as far as your ECG is concerned. As far as your symptoms are concerned, they seem more anxiety related rather than heart related. For further assessment, consult online directly.
