Cramps that started in my chest are now in my lower stomach and and have been quite bad for a week I searched up all the symptoms and that made me worry because they were symptoms of early pregnancy

Are u sexually active at the age of 13, if yes then do a urine pregnancy test to confirm for pregnancy,or revert back to us for further information and assistance on this .
