Hi , I had a fever of about 100 for 1 day with stomach upset and vomiting last week .Post that experiencing a fever of 98.8 in the evening with slight weakness .

Temp is ok.as for weakness take good diet and hydrate.you will recover soon.

Monitor fever regularly and if it raises above normal then take Tab.Paracetamol 650 mg SOS .If the temperature still does not subside then you need clinical examination and investigations. For weakness it's summer in which lot of sweating occurs hence hydrate your self with plenty of water,Coconut water,juices etc.
