I have got my blood reports and it says normocytic normochromic RBC. What does normocytic normochromic RBC in blood report mean ?

It means that red blood cells (RBC) in your body are in normal in size and contains a standard range of haemoglobin concentration .

Normocytic refers to Normal size and generally normal Hb content of your RBCs Whereas normochromic means normal in colour . However anaemia can still be present hence need to correlate with other values like that of Hb etc .
Next Steps
Need to correlate with complete blood picture / haemogram and clinical history
