Please do not Google, there the problem is explained in generic way.it is becoming a problem and people do not understand that searching your symptoms, diagnosis and even treatment can cause bigger issues please reach out to people who have invested few years in studying and understanding the problem one  can face individually. When you read a problem you relate it to your self that is why you find all the problems are matching,I understand in desperate times Google is most easily accessible but please for personalized treatment meet (inperson/virtually) and discuss your mental &physical health.

You know why you should not as you are a classic example how one can get confused and misled by browsing in Google..
Next Steps
Google gives or mentions only issues or problems and not the solutions.. That is why you should not be browsing all the time..
