Reactive arthritis can cause back ache and stiffness ?? Chlamydia (POSITIVE) Knee pain,neck stifness,finger pain (slightly) left side back pain -- left side rib pain (high) Right side back milder pain Spine mucsle stiffness and pain HLA B27 NEGATIVE ESR-- CRP ----NORMAL MRI Negative What is the prob of this ??? Help me plzzzz

Consult a Rheumatologist. These things need a clinic view. It cant be decided online. Yes , Reactive arthritis can cause back pain or spinal pain.
