Re-occurring vaginal infection

So I've been dealing with Vaginal infection (dryness, itching, sometimes burning sensation which turns into yeast infection over every 15 days). Now I've been going through this from Feb'22. Been to 3 dermatologist over the last 6 month but not getting a full time relief. Two of them suggested that I should go to Derma, now I'm not sure which derma treats this kinda infection. Please help!
