During erection penis smell unpleasant stinky disgusting and I want to know the reason behind and during erection the skin doesn't retract fully why is this so !?? And reasons behind the stinky disgusting smell

The smell is mix of semen, smegma and urine residue and may be due to infection in urinary tract or bad hygiene. Drink lots of water and clean the smegma daily while bathing.
