RBC reading 6-8 /hpf in RUA

My RUA shows RBC 6-8/hpf. all others are in range. I have no pronounced discomfort. What should I do next?

Rest,plenty of fluids orally, Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily for 4-5 days for mild discomfort. Reevaluation after 1 week
