On wednesday i shaved my head and after a day i saw some pimples like bumps on my head ...initially i have taken them in a lighter way but they do not subside even after 3days ...however then do not have any itching sensation and neither i feel something like infection but i am afraid that this could aggravate ...what should i do to remove them ...i also have burning sensation when i shaved my beard with razor ...what could be the reason ...can an ointment be helpful or it can affect my hair growth ... i have attached some photos of affected areas
