Since last two days i have developed rashes back of my neck. These are itchy and sometimes give burning sensation. It started from my neck and is spreading in nearby areas.

Hi you said it’s spreading and having burning sensation In between . We can see that there is excoriation of the skin and that’s when the sweat will call burning sensation . Do not scratch. Wash the area with a mild soap Do not touch it again and again Does it hurt or cause pain when you touch ? For appropriate diagnosis and treatment we need to get more info .
