Red spots or patches keep coming at random places like groin, underarms, back of the shoulder, calf and even stomach. It was diagonised as T cruris few years back and prescribed Castor NF cream. I have been using Castor NF cream for over two years now.  Is there any permanent cure. Or was it wrongly diagonised. Is it Psoriasis? I have photographs to upload.

Hello, tinea is a fungal infection. The cream you have been applying contains steroid which is absolutely contraindicated in fungal infection. You can get partial symptomatic relief with it but its not a permanent solution, infact with time it worsens the infection. Yes it has a permanent solution. Kindly share pics and seek for an online consultation for treatment also to confirm whether it is psoriasis or not.
