I have small small rashes all over my body they are red and when someone touches my back it hurts because of them. I recently got these rashes

To reach a diagnosis brief history like since when are you facing it ,is it  associated with itching,does the rash vanish after sometime and reoccurs again or it settles once it occurs... Do online consultation for the same
