From past 3-4 days I found some rashes on under arms and night times I'm itching them unknowingly in sleep. What exactly I need to do plz help me

Hi. Greetings. This could be due to some kind of allergy or infection . allergy could occur due to user of some new soap or deodorant. Or could be a fungal infection associated with excess sweating . please send in pictures of the same on follow up messaging or see a qualified dermatologist near you.
