I develop rashes on my thighs due to sweating. It's way painful and area becomes tanned. I worsens on humid day. Kindly suggest some remedy.

This condition may be  intertrigo.please visit a dermatologist for prescription. Till then  apply calamine lotion and sprinkle absorb powder .keep dry. Wear loose clothes.
