She has been receiving the nab pacli and Carbo for last few months. So this rash has not occurred in one of later cycles - maybe 3rd or 4th cycle. Paclitaxel can cause rashes and hypersensitivity. But advantage of nab paclitaxel is that this does not commonly cause allergy. I feel it could be because of some other factor. You can continue the same schedule with Dexamethasone premedication. If further reactions occurs, can stop and consider changing the drug.

She can continue with same protocol for next cycle though prior treatment with anti allergic medications should be given along with cautious post chemo therapy follow up .
