I could see red black colour rashes on my bum. It is very itchy and irritating. I have not went to hospital because I feel shy to talk directly on this subject. Can anyone advise me with proper treatment? Image attached

This is tinea cruris which is a common fungal infection. It is treated with oral and topical antifungal medicines.
