Sweating and other factors may be causing delay in healing . Wash with triphal decoction locally and apply marma guloka on boils. Take gandhak Rasayana 2 tab twice daily after food saptavishati guggulu 2tab twice after food.  If not helpong consult doctor near to you

So kindly consult a dermatologist or gynecologist for further evaluation. Try to avoid self medications, especially with steroids as it can increase infection.
