Rashes on lips suddenly occurred

I had mango juice and within 15 min my lip is full with rashes/ bumps. I am assuming it's mango reaction.  It's been 1day no improvement and now it's spreading in lower lip too. Please suggest how to cure this. What precautions I can take.
