I am have rashes on my face below both eyes and on my forehead, it's kind of small rashes. i get the mostly dryness feeling NOT ITCHY and the feeling increases whenever i wash my face and it goes away slowly. when i wake up in morning its least and i don't feel any dryness/itchiness on my skin. i am apply ponds winter cream from past 50 days or so. and these rashes kind dryness feeling started 10-12 days back.
